Dimaro is a small town located in the Val di Sole, in the province of Trento, which extends on the plateau where the Noce stream passes, almost eight hundred meters above sea level, immersed in the wonderful Adamello Brenta natural park.

For those interested in the properties of the herbs that grow spontaneously in the area surrounding Dimaro, it is possible to attend the event called From Prato to Tazza, during which the characteristics and beneficial and medicinal properties of the various herbs are explained, which can be tasted prepared in infusions, accompanied by slices of cumin-flavored bread on which a layer of forest fruit jam is spread .
