Passo Rolle

It is one of the most popular Alpine passes in the whole of Trentino.
Connecting the Valle del Primiero and Val di Fiemme, the Rolle pass reaches an altitude of 1984 meters above sea level and returns to the municipality of Siror, connecting San Martino di Castrozza and Bellamonte (a fraction of Predazzo).

The greatest advantage, however, is that of being surrounded by the magnificent mountain complex of the Pale di San Martino and, in particular, by the Cimon della Pala (3186 meters) and the Vezzana (3192), from which you can enjoy an absolutely unique view;
Perhaps one of the most beautiful places to witness the enrosadira phenomenon, which assumes almost fairytale proportions, especially on Cimon della Pala, one of the most famous views of the entire Dolomites.

Excursions
Starting from Passo Rolle you can make excursions both on the Pale di San Martino and on the wild Lagorai group, as well as towards the lakes of Colbricòn, site of human settlements dating back to the Neolithic period, as well as the much appreciated Val Venegia, a prestigious naturalistic location that is part of the Peneveggio-Parco di San Martino Natural Park, which is located a few minutes from Passo Rolle.
The most famous excursions are the Alta Via n ° 2, the trekking of legends and the horse trail of the eastern Trentino (for those who love to go horseback riding).

Skiing on Passo Rolle
Passo Rolle is part of the Dolomiti Superski ski area, and offers 15 kilometers of slopes, with programmed snowmaking and a skibus always available. From the highest peak (Cimon della Pala, 3,186 meters above sea level) a breathtaking view of all the Dolomites is possible!
Furthermore, from here you can easily reach the San Martino di Castrozza area, with an additional 45 kilometers available (the 2 centers are not connected by ski lifts, but are just a few minutes away by car).
